As far as setbacks go, I have recently really been realizing that i am not gonna just come into a Youth Ministry and blow it up to 200 kids. This is going to be the type of thing where i constantly feel like i am pounding my head against a wall as i engage in the slow process of developing meaningful relationships with Youth. This is a process at which i am not proficient but i definitely have to stay strong and remember that perceived setbacks are part of the journey. This is encouraging.
